Account and sign-in

Use the same sign-in method and account on web and iPhone. Verify your email if prompted. Check your connection if progress has not synced; the path includes a refresh control.

Membership

Open Membership while signed in to view your status. Existing members can use Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal. Do not include passwords or payment-card details in a report.

Report a bird or recording issue

Use Report in an exercise, correction dialog or relevant content view. This attaches the bird or recording context so the report can be investigated.

Privacy and deletion

Signing out or removing local site data is not account deletion. See the Privacy policy for the current status of deletion and privacy-contact arrangements.
